The digital images contained on this disc are copyright material, licensed to you as an individual or a single organisation.
Ownership of the digital images remains with Planetary Visions Limited.
Use of the digital images is subject to the terms and conditions below.

Summary of Permitted Uses
• The digital images are licensed to you for print and multimedia publishing, including use on the Web.
• You may incorporate individual images into an electronic publication such as a Web page or CD-ROM.
• You may supply individual digital images to a client or to a reprographics house for printing.
• You may not otherwise supply the images to any third party.
• The images may not be used to provide more than 10% of the content of a publication.
• If you incorporate images in a Web page or CD-ROM you must include the copyright statement: Satellite Imagemap ©

Web Use
• If you incorporate images in a Web page which is accessible over the Internet, you must let us know at Digital Wisdom Inc. PO Box 11, Tappahannock VA 22560-0011 The information you provide will be used by us to monitor Internet usage of our material.

Bureau Services and Publishers
• If you offer a bureau service or are a freelancer, a licensed copy of the Software must be obtained for each client you supply with the Images.
• If you are a publisher, a licensed copy of the Software must be obtained for each magazine or book title which uses the Images.

SOFTWARE LICENCE

PLEASE READ THIS LICENCE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE, PROMPTLY RETURN THE UNUSED SOFTWARE TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU OBTAINED IT AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

1. Licence
The HTML code and data stored on the accompanying CD-ROM (the Software), including the digital images (the Images), are licensed to you as an individual or single entity by Planetary Visions Limited. You own the CD-ROM on which the Software is stored, but Planetary Visions retains title to the Software and the Images. This licence allows you to use the Software on a single computer only.

2. Allowed Uses
• You may export individual digital images from the Software for print and multimedia publishing, including use on the Web.
• You may incorporate individual images into printed publications such as books, brochures or magazines or into electronic publications such as Web pages or CD-ROMs. • You may supply individual digital images to a client or to a reprographics house for printing.

3. Restrictions
• The Images may not be used to provide more than 10% of the content of a publication.
• You may not incorporate the Images into a film, video or television programme, or allow the Images to be transmitted over a broadcast or cable television service.
• You may not incorporate the Images into a clip art collection or offer the Images for resale as clip art.
• You may not rent, lease or lend the Software.
• The Software may not be copied, except to the hard disc of a single computer.
• The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

4. Electronic Publications
• If you incorporate the Images in a Web page or CD-ROM you agree to include the copyright statement: Satellite Imagemap Copyright ©
• If you incorporate the Images in a Web page which is accessible over the Internet, you agree to (a) include a link to our Web site, (b) Inform us of the http address (URL) of the Web site/page by mail AT dIGITAL wISDOM iNC., po bOX 11, tAPPAHANNOCK va 22560-0011. The information you provide will be used to monitor Internet usage of our material and will not be passed to third parties.

5. Bureau Services and Publishers
• If you offer a bureau service or are a freelancer, you may supply up to five of the Images to any one client.
• A licensed copy of the Software must be obtained for each client you supply with more than five of the Images.
• If you are a publisher, a licensed copy of the Software must be obtained for each magazine or book title which uses the Images.
• If you incorporate individual Images into a book, you agree to include the credit statement: Planetary Visions Limited.

6. Copyright
All title and copyright to and in the Software and the Images stored on the accompanying CD-ROM and any copies of the Software and the Images are owned by Planetary Visions. The Software and the Images are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Planetary Visions' copyright in the Images is not affected by modifications to the Images which you may make.

7. General
The digital images are supplied as-seen and no warranty is made as to their accuracy or fitness for any purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Limited Warranty on Media
Planetary Visions warrants the CD-ROM on which the Software is recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase as evidenced by a copy of the receipt. Planetary Visions' entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be replacement of the CD-ROM not meeting Planetary Visions warranty and which is returned to Planetary Visions or an authorised representative with a copy of the receipt. Planetary Visions will have no responsibility to replace a CD-ROM damaged by accident, abuse or misapplication.

9. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate this licence at any time by destroying the Software, the Images and copies thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights, Planetary Visions may terminate this licence if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this licence. In such event, you must destroy or return all copies of the Software and all its component parts which are in your possession.

10. Applicable Law
This licence agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
